Dean J. Bell
Chief Executive Officer
Dean is the CEO of Sixscape Communications and is responsible for driving growth and all strategic initiatives of the company. Prior to Sixscape, Dean spent the last 24 years setting up and growing the international presence for a number of US and European Cybersecurity companies, focusing on enterprise, government, and service provider markets. His background includes stints in the UK, Middle East, Australia and Singapore in general management and senior executive roles for both direct sales and channel-based go-to-market security vendors with successful exits with BorderWare Technologies (acq. by: Watchguard), Scanit (acq. by: Oger), BlueCat Networks (acq. by: Madison Dearnborne). Dean holds a Masters in International Business from Bradford University, UK, and is a regular contributor to industry events.
Lawrence Hughes
Senior Board Advisor
Lawrence is the Co-founder/Chief Scientist of Sixscape Communications. Prior to co-founding Sixscape, he was the co-founder and CTO of Cipher Trust in 2000, and the inventor of the technology there that did a USD273 million exit in 2006. He is also the inventor of Identity Registration Protocol (IRP) and SixChat protocol which were submitted to the Internet Assigned Number Authority (IANA) and both awarded TCP port numbers on the Internet. Lawrence is the co-chair of IPv6 Forum Singapore and he is world class in both cryptographic and IPv6 technologies. Lawrence graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Science (Pure Math) from Florida State University, USA. Lawrence keeps us ahead of the curve research and new product development to ensure we deliver best of breed cryptography products to our customers.

Senior Architect – Software Development & PKI
Suresh is a technology lead, experienced in building mobile products and solutions for various domains and clients. He has extensive experience working on full-stack technologies and actively contributing to internal and external developer communities. Suresh brings a new and fresh approach to Sixscape where he constantly challenges the norm and helps to drive the company’s thought process forward. He loves being creative and challenging ideas. Outside of work, he loves movies and going on road trips.
Kavin
Systems Integration & AI Specialist
Kavin is our Systems Integration & AI Specialist and heads up our technology vendor integrations and AI initiatives, ensuring that we integrate with the best-in-class vendors and deliver interoperability that delivers business results for our customers. A large part of what Kavin does is ensuring security and performance are at the heart of everything we do, as we move into the PQC era.
Sujatha
Support & Quality Enablement Lead
Sujatha is the Support & Quality Enablement Lead at Sixscape. Along with her team, she oversees our post-sales support, QA, and customer success, as well as our technical documentation and automation teams. Sujatha is a true team player and brings a fresh approach to everything we do, leveraging her international experience and exposure.
Akil
Product Development & Pre-sales Specialist
Akil is our Product Development & Pre-sales Specialist and is responsible for the interaction between our customers, partners, pre-sales team, and our development team to ensure market requirements are translated into a future-proof solution. He also leads our cloud initiatives and works closely with our AI team. Akil is a highly motivated individual, constantly delivering new approaches to everything we do.

Product & Infrastructure Specialist
Gowtham is our Product & Infrastructure Specialist, aligning customer infrastructure challenges and our development teams across both our on-prem and cloud offerings. Gowtham has seasoned and demonstrable experience in various systems architectures and implementations, Operating Systems, Systems and Network Engineering, TCP/IP, Open source software, and Information Security. ensuring our systems are running and ahead of the curve on new technology adoption that allows us to be responsive to development and customer needs.
Filzah
Office Manager & Culture Curator
Filzah keeps us safe, paid, and fed, along with ensuring that the entire company runs smoothly, allowing the rest of the team to put 100% focus into what we do best. Filzah possesses rare and extensive talents in the working field across secretarial roles, office facilities management, travel management & human resources administration. Filzah is family-oriented, and loves to spend quality time with her family. Always passionate and eager to learn, she works extremely well under pressure. Filzah holds Sixscape together and keeps us all in-line to enable us all to contribute in our own areas of expertise.

PKI Software Development Architect
Waqar is our PKI Software Development Architect with extensive experience and a strong focus on Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), cryptography, digital signatures, CA/B Forum Baseline Requirements, Web Trust audits, and related standards and protocols (e.g., X.509, PKCS, OCSP, TSA). Proficient in HSMs along with smart cards, PKI tokens, and strong two-factor authentication. Skilled in access management, single sign-on (SSO). Proven ability to work effectively in multicultural environments both remotely and on-site with a strong track record of communicating efficiently across teams and clients. Quick to adapt and learn new technologies.

Jatin is our Presales Manager. He serves as the Technical Bridge between business vision, sales strategy, and infrastructure execution, ensuring PKI solutions are secure, scalable, resilient, and deployment-ready. His expertise lies in translating business requirements into robust infrastructure architectures that align with performance, security, and cost objectives. With deep experience in PKI, cloud, HSMs, CA hierarchies, and highly resilient certificate automation ecosystems, he designs and validates end-to-end architectures across on-premises and cloud platforms. Beyond architecture, he actively support pre-sales and customer success initiatives by conducting demos, leading PoCs, troubleshooting complex technical challenges, and mentoring teams to deliver seamless technical engagements.

Vishal is an accomplished sales leader with over 22 years of experience in cybersecurity sales management and team management. Proven track record with leading companies like AppViewX, DigiCert, McAfee, Symantec, Blue Coat, Citrix, Novell (Currently OpenText), Safenet (Currently Thales), and Gurucul. Experienced in Mid-market, Enterprise, Government & PSUs across the India & SAARC region. Expertise in cybersecurity solutions, strategic partnerships, OEM alliance management, and driving substantial business growth.
