Sixscape warrants that for a period of 60 days after delivery of the Product, the Product shall conform in all material respects to Sixscape’ specifications therefore.  It does not warrant that operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or “bug” free.  Sixscape’ warranty obligations shall not apply: (a) if the Product has been misused or modified; (b) if the Product has not been installed in accordance with the installation instructions provided by Sixscape; or (c) if the End User’s computing environment does not meet the minimum system requirements specified by Sixscape for the Product at the time the Product was ordered.  Any Product shall be provided on an “as is” basis.
